ReplyDeleteஅங்கீகாரங்களும் சங்கங்களும் ஆதரவற்றோர்களுக்கு ஆதரவாய் இல்லாமல் ஆறுதல் சொல்வதற்கு தானோ? கூட்டுறவு சொசைட்டியில் கடன் வாங்கி படித்தோம், இருந்த E.L ஐயும் இழந்தோம், JAOதேர்விற்கு படிப்பதைப் பாதியில் மறந்தோம், பணத் துன்பம் மனத்துன்பம் எல்லாம் கிடைத்தது இந்த தேர்வால் இது எல்லாம் யாரால்? கேட்பதற்கு ஆண்மை எவற்கும் உண்டா? தேர்வு கட்டணம் Rs.500 எதற்காக கேட்டார்கள் ELIGIBLE இல்லை என்பதற்கா? வாழ்க தொழிற் சங்கம் தொடர்க அங்கீகாரம்
ReplyDeleteTamil maran,there is no one to help us,it's our fate ,we have to digest...becoz as per mgmt and unions we are not important,we not working for BSNL,so they don't care for us..if the same problem occurred to some other NE cadre or Executive cadre all unions fight with mgmt and could have got the justice..we after all post july TTA's(new designation given by all for us)only..treating as below the contract workers..we can only feel how it pains...
